Energizer night Race 2011

Here it comes again, the Energizer Night Race 2011. I held at Sepang International Circuit (SIC). Well, if u can't be a F1 driver, now u have a chance to become an F1 runner. I am considering to join 21km again.... hehe..... the second time of 21km in my life! Perhaps, i should go for 42km? :P

TIBI Run 2010

Saturday morning~~~
A run without practice, i run for few kilometer then i started to walk when i came to the double hill.... god~~ it is too steep for me. Anyway, at the final kilometer i just pia as fast as i can for the medal since the organizer said limited for 200 only. Luckily i got it~~ Haha!!

There is an uncle chasing me from behind but i dun wanna let him over took. So, the last few meter i kept increasing my speed until the finishing line. Finally i come to the finishing line.

My December 2010 run is coming..... Although it is just 7km but i think it will be fun for me :D

This time my running kaki will be Anddrew Har.... A fast runner and lets see what will be his result this time~~

Huh....... we prepare ourself for the run with the blur blur face~~ God, i hope to continue rolling on the bed. Ewe Yan, JJ Wong, Anddrew and ME! depart from my house at 5a.m. At first i though will reach around 1 hour plus, but in the end i reach Klang around 5.45am. Somemore at the Federal Highway kena police tahan, i think they all just wanna cari makan. But in the end they just check my IC and license then went off~~ :P

WooHoo..... we had also join the so call warming up session but Anddrew complain that their action is too slow and can't make the body warm at all. Hahahaha!

So, after warm up, the race start immediately. This time i run with my phone! Ahha, you can expect more photo along the race. When I feel boring running along the road and take picture can make me more energetic. Some how, i think i should buy myself an Ipod Shuffer to make the run "Do Re Mi....." Instead of deep breathing sound~~

 By the way, for KL people, it is tiring to travel to Klang twice to collect the race kit and on the event day. Anyway, I am looking forward to run at Klang again. Cheers !

A wonderful day to spend at Klang..... I haven't drive to Klang before and I have no idea where is the KPAC club house was..... So everything start from Google map and Wikimapia. I went with Ewe Yan and JJ Wong who was the so called  "Human GPS"

Oh my my...... i was wondering whether going to join this marathon or not ~.~
This coming friday is the last day to register at the cost of RM40 for 21KM, and yet i am still wondering...
The thing i consider most is the expenses to join this run. Since I am not Penangkia, i ought to pay for accommodation, transport and ect....

Hmmmp..... somebody please help to push me forward to join this run, or help me to pay for the run instead  :P

Olympic Day Run 2010

I had waited for this run for a long time because there is someone who had promise to run with me and it is the first marathon event i had join three years ago. But in the end..... I had to join the event alone cause FFK by "someone"  and the one going to replace her fall a sick on the same day ~.~

I wake up at 5a.m. in the morning with a down down mood..... It could be a lonely run again. Mom suddenly wake up and decide wanna go with me. So, after clean up myself and have a light breakfast, both of us off to Dataran Merdeka.

The moon is still young!!

Around 7.15am, runners had went in to the position and waiting for the GUN OFF! Standing in the crowd feeling like insufficient of oxygen~~ Anyway, there are few leng lui standing around me too ^^  **at least won't feel lonely la**

Go!! At first I follow a runner which i think his pace was comfort for me. But along the run, there is one question i would like to ask! WHY i can follow this runner's pace and even over take many runner during going up slope and flat track, but i slow down when going down the slope? Or i should say, why many runners can over take me when going down a slope?

Along the run, this question kept on prompt to me while going down the hill. But I can't think a good reason  =.=

WHY no finisher medal left for me !?

There is a stall giving out Coca-cola. Is it suitable to drink it after a run??

This run is great because they provide you few kind of drinks, like Coca-cola, Milo, Ribena and the last but not least Spritzer mineral water! After a long queue for the drinks, time to play some gamez.
