A wonderful day to spend at Klang..... I haven't drive to Klang before and I have no idea where is the KPAC club house was..... So everything start from Google map and Wikimapia. I went with Ewe Yan and JJ Wong who was the so called  "Human GPS"

But at last we still manage to reach our destination  KPAC Club house!! It actually not a "club house" but an unit above the shop lot.

PBIM 2010 @ Go or not??

Oh my my...... i was wondering whether going to join this marathon or not ~.~
This coming friday is the last day to register at the cost of RM40 for 21KM, and yet i am still wondering...
The thing i consider most is the expenses to join this run. Since I am not Penangkia, i ought to pay for accommodation, transport and ect....

Hmmmp..... somebody please help to push me forward to join this run, or help me to pay for the run instead  :P

Olympic Day Run 2010

I had waited for this run for a long time because there is someone who had promise to run with me and it is the first marathon event i had join three years ago. But in the end..... I had to join the event alone cause FFK by "someone"  and the one going to replace her fall a sick on the same day ~.~

I wake up at 5a.m. in the morning with a down down mood..... It could be a lonely run again. Mom suddenly wake up and decide wanna go with me. So, after clean up myself and have a light breakfast, both of us off to Dataran Merdeka.

The moon is still young!!

Around 7.15am, runners had went in to the position and waiting for the GUN OFF! Standing in the crowd feeling like insufficient of oxygen~~ Anyway, there are few leng lui standing around me too ^^  **at least won't feel lonely la**

Runners looks like Prisoner *wakakaka*

Go!! At first I follow a runner which i think his pace was comfort for me. But along the run, there is one question i would like to ask! WHY i can follow this runner's pace and even over take many runner during going up slope and flat track, but i slow down when going down the slope? Or i should say, why many runners can over take me when going down a slope?

Along the run, this question kept on prompt to me while going down the hill. But I can't think a good reason  =.=

Runner just need water after the run

There is a stall giving out Coca-cola. Is it suitable to drink it after a run??

This run is great because they provide you few kind of drinks, like Coca-cola, Milo, Ribena and the last but not least Spritzer mineral water! After a long queue for the drinks, time to play some gamez.

Hei!Hei! Now is the game time!

For sure I won't miss the game anyway!
